Who is Canadian Dreams?
Canadian Dreams is a premium fashion and accessories brand born in Surrey, BC, from a simple belief: what you wear should mean something. We design in Canada and partner with vetted Canadian artisans to craft every detail with intention. Our six generational collections — for Millennials, Gen X, and Gen Z — carry a unique story, a shared philosophy, and Canadian pride in every stitch.
Why is everything designed in Canada?
Because Canadian-made matters. When you buy from Canadian Dreams, you support Canadian jobs, Canadian artisans, and sustainable local production. We don't cut corners with cheaper overseas manufacturing. Every piece is designed here, crafted here, and backed by our commitment to our community and our country.
What does 'conscious living' mean in your collections?
Conscious living means making choices that align with your values — choosing quality over trends, intention over impulse, and meaning over clutter. Our collections celebrate this philosophy: living with purpose, caring for the planet, and building a life that reflects who you actually are. Are your products ethically made?

What fabric are your t-shirts made from?
Our t-shirts use the Bella+Canvas 3001 blank — 100% Airlume combed and ring-spun cotton (heather colours include a small polyester blend for durability). This is premium fabric: incredibly soft, breathable, and built to last. The combing and ring-spinning process removes short fibres and tightens the yarn, creating a shirt that stays soft wash after wash and holds colour beautifully.
Why Bella+Canvas? What makes it premium?
Bella+Canvas is the gold standard for premium print t-shirts. Their Airlume cotton goes through a labour-intensive process that creates a fabric softer, stronger, and more resistant to pilling than standard cotton. At 4.2 oz — lightweight yet substantial — it drapes beautifully, prints crisply, and feels luxurious from the first wear. You notice the difference the moment you put it on.
What kind of leather do you use for your wallets?
Our Heritage Leather Wallets are handcrafted from premium full-grain leather — the finest grade available. Full-grain uses the top layer of the hide with all its natural character: grain variations, texture, and depth. This makes each wallet unique, and allows it to develop a rich patina as it ages with you. It's leather that improves over time — a piece that tells your story.
How long will these products last?
With proper care, our t-shirts last for years — the premium cotton holds its shape, colour, and softness through countless washes. Our leather wallets are built to last a lifetime. Full-grain leather doesn't just age — it gets more beautiful, developing character and depth that make it yours alone. We make pieces you keep, not things you replace.
Are your products eco-friendly?
Yes. Our cotton is responsibly sourced, our production partners use eco-conscious methods, and our leather is full-grain — no harsh chemicals or synthetic coatings. We're committed to making choices that matter for the planet, while never compromising the quality you deserve.

What does each collection represent?
We have six collections, each crafted for a specific generation: Women's and Men's Millennials (conscious living, wellness, intention — ages 28–43); Women's and Men's Gen Z (authentic, vibrant, values-driven — ages 18–27); Women's and Men's Gen X (heritage, timeless, executive — ages 44–59). Each collection has its own aesthetic, colour palette, and message — but they all share the Canadian Dreams philosophy: quality, intention, and meaning.
Can I see all available designs and colours before I buy?
Absolutely. Every product page shows high-resolution mockups across all available colours — flat-lay and on-model. You'll see exactly how the design looks on light shirts and dark shirts, front and back. What you see is what you receive.
Do you offer custom designs or personalization?
Currently, we're launching with our core collections. Custom designs and personalization are on our roadmap for future phases. If you'd like to discuss custom work, reach out at contact@canadiandreamsfashion.com and we'll be happy to explore it with you.
What's the difference between dark-shirt and light-shirt designs?
Our designs are optimized for the shirt they're printed on. Dark-shirt designs (Black, Navy, Burgundy) use bold, high-contrast inks so the artwork pops against the darker base. Light-shirt designs (White, Cream, Sage, Mauve) use standard inks that render beautifully on lighter fabric. Each version is crafted to look its best — same design, perfect execution across all colours.

How do I know what size to order?
We provide a detailed size chart on every product page with chest width, length, and sleeve measurements in both inches and centimetres. The Bella+Canvas 3001 fits true to size with a classic, flattering unisex cut. If you're between sizes, consider your preference: a relaxed fit or a closer fit. When in doubt, we recommend going up one size.
Do you provide a size chart?
Yes. Every product page includes a complete size chart with precise measurements. We also include fit notes — so you know whether the style runs small, true to size, or generous — making it easy to choose confidently.
What if my item doesn't fit as expected?
We want you to love what you're wearing. If something doesn't fit, our 30-day hassle-free exchange process makes it easy to get the right size. See our Returns & Refunds section for full details.
Is sizing consistent across all colours?
Yes. All colours use the same Bella+Canvas 3001 blank, so sizing is consistent across the entire collection. Minor note: heather colours (containing a polyester blend) may respond slightly differently to heat, but the cut and fit are identical.

How long does shipping take?
Here's the full timeline: after you place your order, our production partner produces your item (2–5 business days), then ships via Canada Post. Delivery across Canada typically takes 5–10 business days. Total from order to door: approximately 7–15 business days. You'll receive a tracking number by email the moment your order ships.
Do you ship outside Canada?
We currently ship to Canada only. International shipping is on our roadmap. If you're outside Canada and interested in ordering, email us at contact@canadiandreamsfashion.com — we may be able to help.
What are shipping costs?
Shipping costs are calculated based on your location and order weight. You'll see the exact cost at checkout before you pay — no surprises. We use Canada Post for all domestic shipments.
Do you offer free shipping?
We offer free shipping on select categories. Check individual product pages for details.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with your Canada Post tracking number. Track your package in real time at canadapost.ca. You'll see every step from production to your door.
What happens if my order arrives damaged?
Contact us immediately at contact@canadiandreamsfashion.com with photos of the damaged item and packaging. We'll replace your order or issue a full refund — your choice. We take quality seriously and we'll make it right.

What is your return policy?
We stand behind every piece. You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return or exchange any item in unused condition with the original tags attached. Returns are easy — contact us for assistance. We process refunds within 5–7 business days of receiving your return.
How long do I have to return an item?
30 days from delivery. No questions asked. If it's not right, send it back — we'll take care of you.
Do I pay for return shipping?
For defective or damaged items (printing errors, faded colours, manufacturing defects): contact us with photos immediately — we'll arrange a free replacement at no cost to you. For other returns (changed mind, wrong size, fit issues): the customer covers return shipping. If something is truly our mistake, you shouldn't be penalized.
What is your refund timeline?
Once we receive and verify your return (unused, original tags), we process your refund within 5–7 business days. Your bank may take an additional 3–5 business days to post the credit to your account.
Can I exchange instead of returning?
Absolutely. Need a different size or colour? Just let us know within 30 days and we'll arrange an exchange. We cover shipping on the replacement item too.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), and Apple Pay. Checkout is fast, secure, and straightforward.
Is my payment information secure?
Completely. Our store runs on 256-bit SSL encryption — the same standard used by major banks. We're fully PCI DSS Level 1 compliant, meeting the highest global standards for payment security. Your data is encrypted and protected at every step.
Do you store my credit card details?
No. We never store your full card number. Payments are processed through Shopify Payments, where your card data is encrypted and tokenized immediately. We retain only what's needed to process your order and send your receipt. Your privacy and security always come first.
✿ Care & Maintenance
How do I care for my t-shirt to keep it looking new?
Turn your shirt inside out before washing — this protects the printed design. Wash in cold water on a gentle cycle. Avoid fabric softener (it reduces breathability over time). Air dry or tumble dry on low heat — high heat can fade colours and damage the print. If ironing, use low heat and avoid the printed design area. Follow the care label on your shirt. Treated well, your Canadian Dreams will last for years.
How do I maintain my leather wallet?
Your leather wallet is built to age beautifully with minimal care. Wipe it clean with a soft, dry cloth to remove dust. Keep it away from prolonged water exposure, direct heat, and sunlight. If it gets wet, pat dry gently with a soft cloth and allow to air dry at room temperature — never use a hair dryer or radiator. Apply a quality leather conditioner once or twice a year to keep the leather supple. As it ages, it will develop a rich patina — unique to you.
Will the design fade after washing?
No — not with proper care. Our designs use premium print inks on quality fabric. Wash in cold water, turn inside out, and avoid high heat, and your design will hold its colour and detail for years. The fabric itself gets softer over time, but the print stays sharp.
Can these products be dry cleaned?
We don't recommend dry cleaning for t-shirts — the chemicals can damage the print and fabric. Gentle machine wash or hand wash in cool water is all you need. For your leather wallet, dry cleaning is unnecessary and could harm the leather. A soft cloth is your best tool.

What's the maximum I can order at once?
Maximum 5 pieces per order currently. This helps us manage production and shipping efficiently. For larger orders, contact us at contact@canadiandreamsfashion.com.
How do I create an account?
You can register in four ways: Google login (one-click), Apple login (one-click), mobile number with verification code, or email address with verification code. Choose whichever is easiest for you.
Do you offer gift cards?
Gift cards are coming soon. If you'd like to give the gift of Canadian Dreams in the meantime, contact us at contact@canadiandreamsfashion.com and we'll do our best to help arrange something special.
Can I cancel my order?
Contact us immediately at contact@canadiandreamsfashion.com to request cancellation. Cancellations may not be possible once production has started. The sooner you reach out, the better chance we have of stopping your order.
Do you have a loyalty program?
We're building a loyalty program to reward our community. Sign up for our newsletter to be the first to hear about it — along with early access to new collections, exclusive offers, and community events.
